Did your purchase not match your expectations?

If this is the case and you would like to return purchase, then please make sure to return the product(s) within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. We would value any feedback you have with your return so we can work on making our products, service and brand even better.

How to return an item?

We ask you to handle all products you wish to return with care and to leave them unused and unopened. Please fill out our return form and enclose it with your return. In order to ensure safe shipping, we recommend that you use the same packaging in which you received the goods. Afterwards please send the package with the return form we have prepared for you.

Who pays the return?

You can cancel the goods within 14 days without giving reasons. More about the right of withdrawal: https://www.kia-charlotta.com/en/cancellation

We bear the costs of returning the goods, you will receive a return label from us by e-mail. Please send us an e-mail with your order number:

For returns outside of Germany: If your purchase exceeds 75,00 Euro, we will cover the return shipping costs. In this case, please send us an e-mail with your order number to hello@kia-charlotta.com so that we can immediately send you a DHL return label. If your order is less than 75,00 Euro, we ask you to pay the return shipping costs.

 

When will I be reimbursed for my purchase?

After we receive your return we will immediately handle it and reimburse you to the account you issued your payment with. This should happen within 10 days after shipment.
