Did your purchase not match your expectations?

If this is the case and you would like to return purchase, then please make sure to return the product(s) within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. We would value any feedback you have with your return so we can work on making our products, service and brand even better.

How to return an item?

We kindly ask you to handle any products you would like to return with care. Please download the return formula, fill it up and place it in the package with your purchase. It is best to use the original packaging the product came in to ensure safe shipment. After this address the package to:

Who pays the return?

For return shipments within Germany: If your purchase exceeded 30 Euros we will cover the return costs. In this case, please send us an e-mail with your order number (hello@kia-charlotta.com) so we can send you a DHL return label. In case your order was less than 30 Euros we must kindly ask you to cover the return costs.

For return shipments outside of Germany: If your purchase exceeded 75 Euros we will cover the return costs. In this case, please send us an e-mail with your order number (hello@kia-charlotta.com) so we can send you a DHL return label. In case your order was less than 75 Euros we must kindly ask you to cover the return costs.

When will I be reimbursed for my purchase?

After we receive your return we will immediately handle it and reimburse you to the account you issued your payment with. This should happen within 10 days after shipment.
