Our mom didn’t tell us to eat our greens for no reason at all. Greens such as spinach, kale and romaine are abundant in several vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, iron and protein which are all vital for focus and concentration! Make sure to get a good dose of greens on a daily basis!
Because they are rich in antioxidants, blueberries are known to be amazing for our brain and concentration. They also taste amazing and you can either make a banana-blueberry smoothie or just eat them by themselves. Frozen or fresh these berries taste amazing!
The vitamins and minerals in avocados help increase our blood flow and fires up our brain cells making us feel focused and energized. They also taste amazing and are a great alternative to your toast as butter or simply by itself.
