5 Foods to eat for Healthy Nails

1. Beans
Beans are rich in protein which is essential for strong hair and nails (hair and nails are mainly made out of protein). Beans (such as soybeans and green beans) are also rich in Biotin which is an essential vitamin associtaed to strong and healthy nails. 

2. Oats 
Oats are rich in many vitamins and minerals but also in macronutrients such a zinc & copper which are essential for shiny and strong nails. 

3. Sunflower Seeds
Sunflower seeds are very rich in magnesium which is essential for our bones health and growth but also for our nails. 

4. Peas
Like beans, peas are also rich in protein and also contain beta-carotin and Vitamin C all amazing to promote helthy hair and nail growth. 

5. Avocado
Avocados are rich in healthy essential fats which which helps absorb nutrients which turn resulty in healthy and strong nails.
