›If you don’t have red, use blue‹
- Pablo Picasso
A lot of us ladies tend to choose the classic and feminin coulour red. We forget that blueis in fact also a very elegant and charming colour. In today’s nail art tutorial, we will show you a trendy and simple nail art design with two beautiful shades of blue and some gold. It’s very easy and fast to recreate and fits just perfectly for a fancy and glamourous night out. We hope you enjoy!
Step 1: Apply base coat on all your nails.
Step 2: Paint all your nails with two coats of a light blue nail polish (e.g. No Stress).
Step 3: Wait until everything is completely dry and apply top coat on all your nails.
Step 4: Once dry again, cross two thin tape strips on your ringfinger and paint the upper part of your nail with a dark blue nail polish (e.g. Think Big). See in the video above.
Step 5: Then paint the lower part of your nail with a golden nail polish (e.g. Good Vibes) as seen in video above.
Step 6: Use tweezers to gently remove the strips and to correct the nail polish in case it slightly comes off. Also, you can use a small brush and nail polish remover to remove any excess nail polish from around your fingers. See video above.
Step 7: Repeat step 4 on your middle finger.
Step 8: Once dry again, apply our top coat on your nails.
We hope you enjoyed todays nail art tutorial and that you give it a try! Psst. Make sure to tag us on Instagram if you decide to recreate this design
