The Best Healthy, Vegan & Easy Ice-Cream Recipe
To make this ice-cream you can use any of your favorite fruits, berries or even cacao or nuts to make your desired flavor! Today we are making a berry and a chocolate ice cream. This recipe makes 2-4 portions (depending how much you want)
3 x frozen and ripe bananas
½ Cup frozen Berries of your choice
1-2 tbsp Cacao powder
1. To make the berry ice-cream, in a high-power blender combine half of the frozen bananas with the frozen berries. Blend 2-5 minutes until the mixture has a creamy ice-cream like texture. Serve.
2. To make the chocolate ice-cream in a high-power blender combine the rest of the frozen bananas with the cacao powder. Blend 1-2 minutes. Ready to serve!
